Over the years, he honed his skills as a butcher at Allen Brothers Meats and later combined cooking and butchering at Publican Quality Meats. It was here that Jordan’s fascination with chef knives truly took root.

His passion for craftsmanship and exploration led him to master the art of sharpening, repair, and restoration, transforming cooking tools into precision instruments. Jordan’s dedication to excellence and attention to detail are the hallmarks of his work, making him a trusted expert in the world of knives.

Jane brings 10+ years of experience design specializing in branding, marketing, and graphic design in the Chicago hospitality industry. Her expertise in business development, item curation, and visual storytelling helps shape unique concepts and impactful marketing. Kiyomi Negi-Tran is a multidisciplinary artist and experience designer with a passion for creativity, curation, and cultural exchange.
