Return & Exchange Policy

In-Store Purchases
In-store orders are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Online Purchases
We offer a 14-day return policy for online orders. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify, items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at getsharp@gudknife.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping & Address Issues

If your package is marked “return to sender” due to an incorrect address or relocation, we are not responsible for additional shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we cannot resend returned packages—you will need to place a new order. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

We also reserve the right to refuse returns suspected of use for photoshoots, styling, catering, or other commercial purposes.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
